I really do appreciate your opinion and your comments

about the music I play, the clothes I wear.

I really do understand that you're only trying to help

introduce a little taste, a little color.

I really am aware of all the superior bands and brands

of music you play, clothes you wear,

but if I cared, don't you think

I would have changed a long, long time ago?

I choose the music I play, the clothes I wear,

and I like it that way.
